EVP is our answer to the SSCC codification demand for single pallets according to the CE 178/2002 regulation.
EVP is a complete and reliable system, suitable for different types of line, with the possibility to connect to all the managing software both for data collection and for the traceability of the labelled pallets.
A rotating arm and a pneumatic cylinder allow to safely apply two SSCC labels in A5 size on 2 sizes of the pallet. The modular mechanic structure and the use of high quality materials make it an easy system that does not require any special maintenance.
The integration of a laser barcode reader on the application plate verifies the label application and the correct barcode traceability.
EVP is managed by an industrial PC with W2000 TM O/S and 12” Touch Screen display that can “talk” to any operating and remote system. It has a network interface (TCPIP) and USB serial port for the manual collection of the production data through a Pen Disk. The connections to the line PLC are made through the I/O ports.
