RMAIn order to give you a better and faster technical support, we have put in place NEW procedures for returning to Eurocoding faulty parts and/or units.Under the new procedure, before returning to us a faulty unit or part, PLEASE REQUEST a RMA number (Return Material Authorization) using the attached Standard Request Form. Once we receive your filled-out form, we shall GIVE YOU an RMA number. Please make sure that the fault you are experiencing with the unit or the part is clearly indicated and that the Serial Number is included in the RMA form. Please make sure that the RMA number is written OUTSIDE the packaging. WARRANTY TERMSPRINTERSEurocoding will extend to its customers the same warranty offered by the manufacturer. Please contact our offices for information regarding the warranty terms for the product of your choice. WARRANTY SERVICE PROCEDURE If defect should occur during the warranty period, Eurocoding will send a RMA form to the customer who will return it filled out. After careful verification, if Eurocoding and the manufacturer will suspect a possible material or manufacturing fault, Eurocoding may allow the return of the unit. In this case, the repair will be done free of charge and the printer returned to the customer as soon as possible. If no fault is found, an estimate cost of the repair or of the faulty part will be sent for approval before it is invoiced together with the transport costs. The part or the repair will be warranted for an equal warranty period. |
