RMA

In order to give you a better and faster technical support, we have NEW procedures for returning to Eurocoding faulty parts and/or printers.
Under the new procedure, before returning to us a faulty printer or part, PLEASE REQUEST aN RMA number (Return Material Authorization) using the attached Standard Request Form.
Once we receive your filled-out form, we shall GIVE YOU an RMA number.
Please make sure that the fault you are experiencing with the printer or the part is clearly indicated and that the printer Serial Number is included in the RMA form.

WARRANTY TERMS

PRINTERS
TSC extends to its printers a 2-year limited warranty, that is, the purchaser of a TSC printer is warranted that under normal use and service the bar code printer (with the exception of the print head and cutter) shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the date of shipment. This warranty does not cover equipment or parts which have been misused, altered, neglected, handled carelessly, or used for purposes other than those for which the printer was manufactured. This warranty does not cover loss, damages resulting from accident, or damages resulting from unauthorized service.

THERMAL HEAD AND CUTTER
The warranty on the thermal print head is one year from the date of shipment or 25km of print whichever comes first. The warranty does not cover print heads which have been misused, altered, neglected, handled carelessly or damaged by improper cleaning or unauthorized repairs.

WARRANTY SERVICE PROCEDURE
If defect should occur during the warranty period, Eurocoding will send this RMA form to the customer who will return it filled out. If no repair seems possible, Eurocoding may allow the return of the printer or part at its own expenses. After careful verification, if Eurocoding and TSC will find a material or manufacturing fault in the part or printer, the repair will be done free of charge and the printer returned to the customer as soon as possible. If no fault will be found, the repair or the part will be invoiced together with the transport costs at the agreed upon cost. The part or the repair will be warranted for an equal warranty period.
