Techno Fly is made up of few and essential components and does not require compressed air, solenoid valves, cylinders or tubes. The user can adapt by himself the system with few and easy adjustments.
The use of sturdy materials with stainless steel screws and bolts makes this system durable and fully comply with the requirements for cleanness and hygiene.
Techno Fly is designed for labelling moving products on the top, side and bottom sides; the applicator’s swinging arm automatically adapts to products with dimensional tolerances up to 30mm without any adjustment. Its sponge roll’s elasticity and its special articulation allow the application of the labels on fragile products too.
Only 30W of power consumption, with a maintenance every 30.000 hours and an extremely reasonable purchasing price.

Techno Fly’s features allow to release the print speed from the line speed labelling fast moving products up to 60m/min speed. This gives a powerful 7.000 labels/hour production (considering a 100x100mm label). As a matter of facts, Techno Fly allows to print a new label while applying the previous one.
