Techno Touch is conceived and created in order to print and apply adhesive labels in fast sequence on static or moving objects running on conveyor.
It is ideal when an easy real time adhesive labels application is required. The anti-rotary cylinder has a standard 500mm stroke, but can mount cylinders with longer strokes upon request. The special application plate is designed to apply labels from a minimum dimension of 50x50mm to a maximum of 120x200mm, without any plate modification.
Thanks to the springs absorber system it is guaranteed the precision in applying the label on objects not properly parallel to the plate; the application cycle is of 30 labels/min (50), with a 180mm/sec print speed.
The Techno Touch label roll is suitable for label rolls with external diameter equal to 280mm, granting a long production autonomy.
Techno Touch is also available in the Fast version, with a maximum stroke of 150mm.
User interface integrated with Multilanguage LCD. It allows various setting as well as the control of the printing cadences.
