NEW PRICE LIST AND UPDATED POLICIES FOR BARTENDER – EFFECTIVE FROM JULY 1, 2025

We are pleased to announce some important updates regarding BarTender, the leading software for label design and printing, developed by Seagull Scientific and distributed in Italy by Eurocoding. Starting from July 1, 2025, the new price list and significant updates on licenses and the Partner Program will be in effect.
Here are the most important points:
🔹 New Price List in our Reserved Area
You can find the updated July 2025 Price Book in the Eurocoding Restricted Area of our website, valid from July 1st. Remember that quotes made with the old price lists until June 30th will remain valid until July 31st.
🔹 License Policy
- Primarily subscription-based model: from July, most licenses will be based on subscriptions.
- Perpetual licenses: support and maintenance will still be available, but renewals and printer additions will be quoted as converted to subscriptions.
- Flex Program: open to all customers, including those with older versions such as BarTender 2016 and earlier.
- For BarTender 2019 and earlier versions: to add printers or upgrade editions, conversion to a subscription is required. Extended support until April 30, 2026, with an active subscription; without a subscription, conversion via Flex is necessary.

🔹 BarTender Cloud
Now available for all channels, without the need for Cloud certification. The Cloud license requires the part number (BTC-PROV) in the PO and includes 2 hours of quick start services. Cloud licenses are only for printers, no longer for labels.
🔹 Partner Program
The program has been renewed to better reflect your value and contribution. Additionally, the levels for reseller statuses have been updated with new names, as shown in the table below:
