This flat rate repair option is only available within the EU (excluding the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands and Cyprus) and Norway. All other countries need to add additional customs and shipping charges.

- Contact Eurocoding technical support at support@eurocoding.com
- Return signed, always by email, the RMA document for the authorization of the repair order that Eurocoding will have sent, after ascertaining that the product is repairable and that the spare parts are available
- Finally, receive the order confirmation with the payment details and the ticket number of the service department with which the machine to be repaired will be identified.
