Roll to Roll systems are solutions  which, by integrating the unwinder, printer and rewinder, creating work units that guarantee perfect alignment and great working autonomy.

Dedicated to both inkjet label printing  custom color and thermal transfer printing.

The control electronics detect the position of the dancer by reversing the rotation when the printer performs the back feed.

Simple to use, sturdy, completely built in steel, equipped with a large support base. It is available in versions with 140mm or 230mm width.

The expanding mandrel allows to use internal cores from 46 to 110 mm and to rewind reels up to an external diameter of 300 mm.

It is possible to unwind and rewind clockwise or counterclockwise and to select the maximum speed range you want to reach.

The microprocessor control board also makes it possible to stop the rotation of the motor when the reel is finished or in the event of a paper break, signaling the anomaly with an audible signal.
