The professional icing machine Freddie™ is an innovative solution for the automatic decoration of biscuits with royal icing: precise, efficient, compatible with your own recipe, and ideal for both artisanal and industrial production.
With Freddie™, you can decorate biscuits of any shape without manual alignment, thanks to automatic shape recognition using an integrated camera and sensors.
Use your own customised royal icing: Freddie™ automatically calculates the quantity and distribution needed for each biscuit, adapting perfectly to its surface and consistency.
It is suitable for both series production and individual decoration, offering two operating modes: manual or rotating carousel. It can decorate up to 12 biscuits at once, with an average time of approximately one minute per biscuit.
Freddie™ can be paired with Eddie, creating a complete, efficient, and fully integrated workflow to optimise production time and quality. Freddie™ is the perfect solution for bakeries, artisanal labs, events, catering services, and souvenir production.
How does Freddie work?
Freddie automatically decorates biscuits in almost any shape using your own royal icing, applying and flooding the surface with high precision.
It uses an advanced vision system called FreddieView™, together with topographic sensors, to analyse both your icing recipe and the surface structure of each individual biscuit.
This allows the machine to calculate exactly how much icing is needed and where it should be applied.
