DTM CLP2200e
CLP2200e is designed for companies that require on-demand color labels with exceptional durability and flexibility.
It is equipped with large and separate ink cartridges for cyan ink, magenta, yellow and black, as well as a user-replaceable printhead.
A highlight of this new printer is its wide ink compatibility. The DTM CLP2200e supports configurations of dye ink, pigmented ink or mixed ink, e.g. dye-based color inks in combination with black pigment.
This allows users to choose between a vivid color output or longer duration depending on the label application.
It combines industrial-grade reliability with user-friendly operation, making it ideal for custom manufacturing, logistics and branding environments.

Flexibility of inks
One of the main distinguishing elements is the management of inks. The CLP2200e supports configurations with dye inks (water base), pigmented or mixed (e.g., water-based CMY combined with pigmented black). This allows companies to choose between high-impact color rendering and longer durability or UV resistance, depending on the application of the label.
Designed for production
Designed for industrial environments, the CLP2200e is equipped with 4 separate CMYK ink cartridges and a user-replaceable printhead (a concept already tested on the LX2000e platform), ensuring predictable maintenance and operational costs under control. Thanks to the robust metal shell, the linear path of the material and the easy access points for cleaning and assistance, it adapts perfectly to small workspaces.
Automation and connectivity
For integration into existing workflows, the CLP2200e offers USB 2.0, Ethernet connections and a 24V PLC interface.
Operation and monitoring are supported by the DTM CLP2200e Toolbox software and the built-in display.
External power supply via the included unwinder (for larger diameter rolls) further increases productivity.
