Eurocoding is DTM Print’s official distributor, not only for its products but also for information and updates. That’s why we’re delighted to share with you the latest exciting news from DTM Print: the further enhancement of a flagship product and the announcement of a new product.

The CLP2200e printer has been revamped: easier to use, more efficient, more powerful!
Whilst the CLP2200e showed great potential when it was first launched, it can now offer even more thanks to the latest updates. Thanks to the new driver and the upgraded unwinder, this colour label printer from DTM Print reaffirms its position as one of the best on the market.
Designed using Primera technology, the CLP2200e is perfect for businesses requiring on-demand colour labels, offering long-lasting quality and great flexibility.
It features large, separate ink cartridges for cyan, magenta, yellow and black, as well as a user-replaceable print head. It supports both dye-based and pigment-based inks, and can print at an extremely high resolution of 2400 dpi, at speeds of up to 132 mm per second.
It can handle rolls up to 250 mm in diameter, making it truly versatile and powerful.
What’s new? The passive unwinder has been redesigned with more efficient components, which improve the handling of label rolls and consume fewer resources.
As for the driver, it now allows for clearer and more flexible use of the cartridges, with 15 saturation settings to choose from, including:
- Colour + Pure Black: uses the CMY cartridges plus K, with very deep black for black areas.
- Colour Only: uses only the CMY ink cartridges, with process black.
- Colour + Mixed Black: combines CMY with splashes of K to achieve a more intense black.
These options are available in three quality modes: Draft, Normal and Best, and are categorised as ‘high’, ‘medium’ and ‘low’ ink usage. In practice, they allow you to control how much ink saturation to use, striking a balance between quality and ink consumption.
For high-precision jobs, there are also “Proof/HQ” modes that allow unidirectional printing, perfect for highly detailed results or photographs. In short, the new driver provides powerful tools to improve print quality and manage ink usage more effectively. Want to download everything?

Please note: this driver only works with the latest firmware version, so we recommend that you update it by following the simple guide provided in the installation programme.
