2. Freddie® – The Glazing Machine
We already introduced Freddie last year, after successfully showcasing it at Sigep Rimini, where it was featured at the DTM stand. Now, this innovative printer is officially part of the DTM product lineup.
Freddie automatically applies royal glaze to cookies and confections of almost any shape.
Thanks to the FreddieVision™ system and topographical sensors, it analyzes each surface and calculates the perfect amount and position of glaze.
It can operate in both carousel mode (up to 12 cookies simultaneously) and manual mode, maximizing efficiency and precision.
