Dear Partner, In recent months, the GoDEX printer portfolio has undergone significant updates: what has remained unchanged? Which models have become "Plus"? Which are now "PRO"?
To help you navigate better, we have created a clear Information Document summarizing the changes made, which you can download from the Reserved Area accessible on the Eurocoding website:
a concise and visual document that shows, model by model, how the GoDEX range has evolved.
As you will see, following a detailed legend: ✔️ some models remain identical ✔️ others have been upgraded with PLUS versions ✔️ many have moved into the high-end segment with the introduction of PRO versions
Plus & PRO
"Plus" series models generally offer additional features or improved performance compared to the basic versions, such as increased memory (Flash and SDRAM), more advanced sensors, or more robust interfaces (such as optional Ethernet or WLAN).
They may also provide higher printing speeds, higher resolutions, or the ability to handle a wider range of media types or larger label rolls. Ideal for labeling, logistics, inventory, and retail applications.
Key features of GoDEX Plus models include:
High print quality: They produce clear, readable labels thanks to high-quality printheads and direct thermal or thermal transfer technology.
Ease of use: Intuitive interfaces, LCD displays, and simple configurations make daily operation very practical, even for non-expert users.
Printing speed: Capable of high-speed printing, improving operational efficiency.
Compatibility and connectivity: Support various connection methods such as USB, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, facilitating integration with different information systems and devices.
Robust design: Built to last in industrial and commercial environments, they withstand daily use well.
Software and support: Often supplied with label design software and management tools to facilitate the creation and printing of custom labels.
PRO series models represent the high-end segment of the GoDEX printer range. The upgrade from Plus versions exclusively involves replacing the mainboard, allowing the same machine to be maintained but with superior performance, thanks to additional new functionalities including:
Direct PDF printing;
Wireless module available as an option;
Compatibility with Linux systems;
