The TDM series has been tested to withstand 1.8m / 2.5m drop tests with protective case and MIL-STD-810G military standard for drop test. It is also rated IP54 with its optional protective case to resist water and dust.

The adjustable TDM-30 media hook allows for a variety of media widths from 20mm to 70mm. The TDM series is capable of handling various media such as receipts, labels and linerless media, etc. The media spacer is easy to install and allows for a specific media width. The standard black mark sensor and the optional space sensor (only for the TDM-30) satisfy a wide range of media needs.
