we would like to inform you that spare parts for the TSC ME240 model are now nearing the end of their availability.

For the ME240, for example, the MB241 Series and the ML241 Series are listed as replacement models; we invite you to consider these as alternative solutions should you be unable to source an essential spare part.

In accordance with TSC’s policy, support remains available for approximately five years from the date of the announcement that the product is being discontinued. This period may sometimes be shortened if the necessary spare parts are no longer available from suppliers, although TSC is committed to seeking alternative solutions.
