HOSPITALITY
Pairing a desktop printer with a battery power station eliminates the constraint of power outlets, opening new operational possibilities across multiple sectors.
In warehouses, operators move freely with print carts, fulfilling orders directly on-site: fewer trips, greater efficiency. In healthcare, battery-powered desktop printers on medical carts enable seamless sample and medication labeling and improved bedside patient care. In deli counters and packaging stations, where immediate labeling is required, mobility ensures uninterrupted operations even in areas with limited access to power.

Compatibility
The BP-4000 is compatible with TH and DH series printers (excluding the DH220E model), offering a wide range of applications, from fixed stations to mobile carts.

How does it work?
The station is compatible with all TH and DH series printers. The removable design allows users to swap printers as needed. Connection is made via power cable and data cable quick setup, no complications.
The high-capacity 4,000 mAh (86 Wh) battery enables printing up to 40,000 inches (over 1 km) on a single charge, eliminating workflow interruptions for recharging during shifts.
The smart battery integrates a BMS system for real-time charge status monitoring directly from the printer or remotely via TSC Console and TSC Console Web.
Versatile printing, where and when you need it
TH and DH series desktop printers combine enhanced mobility and support for larger outer diameter media, delivering the flexibility needed to improve operational efficiency. Paired with the battery power station, they eliminate unnecessary trips to fixed print stations. Compatibility with a wide range of media types allows businesses to handle increasingly diverse labeling requirements.

Flexible charging
At the end of a shift, simply move the cart to an outlet and recharge the entire station without removing any components. Alternatively, depleted batteries can be quickly swapped with fully charged ones. In both cases, a standard printer power adapter is all you need.
